WDD safety and Liability waiver terms

1. I acknowledge that dogs, especially larger breeds, play rough. This means my dog may come home with minor scratches/cuts due to friendly rough housing.

2. I acknowledge that dogs may eat toys/food/etc without our knowledge and WDD is not liable for any vet bills that may incur due to ingestion and/or any other non-willful accident that occurs on WDD premises.

3. I acknowledge that my dog may not eat while staying at WDD. While WDD will do our best to entice picky eaters, we are not liable for extended periods of resistance to eat.

4. I acknowledge that there is a risk of escaping from the facility. While WDD has thresholds in place to prevent this, escapees are still a risk. I acknowledge that WDD is not liable for my dog escaping and running away past the means of reasonable recapture.

5. I acknowledge that my dog may be anxious and unhappy when starting daycare. Anxiousness can be reduced by multiple stays. WDD is not liable for extended anxieties if the parent resists early pick up.

6. I authorize WDD's groomers to inspect my dog to confirm healthy care and to inform me of any grooming or medical concerns.

7. I authorize WDD groomers to perform medically necessary grooming procedures if the client's dog is found to have a severe grooming issue that is impacting their health and quality of life. The client is responsible for paying for these medically necessary grooming procedures. The client will be contacted before the medically necessary grooming procedure takes place, and will be notified with the cost of the grooming for medical necessity fee. 

8. As a WDD client, I agree to the denial of future service if medically necessary grooming consent is denied. At WDD, we cannot ethically continue to serve clients who do not provide their dogs with medically necessary procedures. 

9. I authorize WDD to utilize an ethical and humane fabric muzzle that is breathable, eatable, and drinkable if my dog becomes aggressive towards other dogs or staff members or becomes a danger to themselves or others. 

10. I authorize WDD to crate my dog if they become a danger to themselves, other dogs, or staff members. Clients will be notified of their dog's behavior and if crating was necessary to diffuse the situation. If a dog is too aggressive and must be crated while all other dogs are around it, the client will be contacted to come pick up their dog from their daycare, boarding, or grooming appointment. If the client cannot be reached by phone call, text, or email within a reasonable amount of time, the client's emergency contact will be contacted to come pick up the client's dog. 

1. Wildes Doggy Daycare will never distribute or sell your personal data to third parties.

2. Wildes Doggy Daycare will only use the name of the dog when posting on our website or social media platforms.

3. Wildes Doggy Daycare will never give your information to another client unless given prior authorization.

1. I agree to openly communicate with Josh Wildes any changes to drop off and pick up times as they become known.

2. I agree to be accessible by phone in the case of an emergency.

3. I agree to disclose all pertinent behaviors to Josh Wildes prior to the stay.

4. I agree to disclose all pertinent health issues, acute or chronic, prior to the stay.

5. I agree to disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications/treatments my dog is currently taking. 

6. I agree to provide all necessary belongings for my dog including but not limited to: non-retractable leash, harness, food, toys, treats, comfort items, etc.

7. I agree to label all of my belongings with mine or my dog's name to prevent loss of possessions. WDD is not liable for the cost of any lost possessions while utilizing WDD services. 

8. I agree that I have disclosed all of my dog's food allergies to WDD, and WDD is not liable for any food allergic reactions from giving WDD provided treats to my dog. 

9. I agree to reach out to WDD via phone or email if I am having issues booking with WDD. WDD staff can manually book appointments for clients and invoice them for the costs. 

10. I agree that the terms and conditions, privacy policy, or liability waiver may be modified after my acknowledgement. You will be notified and required to agree to the new terms and conditions, privacy policy, and/or liability waiver before booking new services.
